2. What happens when you visit this website

When you open a page, your browser automatically sends technical data to the server that delivers it. This includes:

• your IP address
• the date and time of the request
• the page requested
• the referrer URL
• your browser and operating system

We need this data to deliver the website and keep it secure. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a functioning, secure website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). We don’t combine this data with other sources or use it to identify you.

3. Hosting

This website is hosted on GitHub Pages, a service of GitHub, Inc., 88 Colin P. Kelly Jr. Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA.

• GitHub processes the access data described in section 2 to deliver the site and may store it in log files for security purposes.
• This may involve transferring data to the USA. GitHub, Inc. is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and transfers are also covered by Standard Contractual Clauses.

4. Cookies and local storage

This website uses no cookies and no tracking technologies. Fonts and images are served from our own domain, so your browser doesn’t contact Google Fonts or other font services.

5. YouTube trailer (click to load)

Our app trailer is hosted on YouTube (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland).

• Until you click “Play”, we only show a preview image stored on our own server, and nothing is loaded from YouTube.
• After you click, the video loads from youtube-nocookie.com, and Google receives your IP address and information about your device. This may include transfers to the USA.
• The legal basis is your consent by clicking (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

6. Links to app stores and social media

The website links to the Apple App Store, Google Play and Instagram. These are plain links. The providers only receive data when you follow a link, and their own privacy policies then apply.

7. Contacting us by email

If you email us, we use your message and email address only to answer you. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. We delete the correspondence once your request is resolved, unless we’re legally required to keep it.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• have it corrected (Art. 16)
• have it erased (Art. 17)
• restrict its processing (Art. 18)
• data portability (Art. 20)
